    Payment Methods
    We accept payments by major international credit and debit cards through the secure server of Paypal. Once you have added the product to your basket you will be taken through the payment process. You do not need to register with Paypal in order to pay on-line.
    Please Note: Leather Solutions does not store or have access to credit/debit card details in any format.
    We also accept payment by cleared cheque or postal order, contact us for details.

    Delivery
    We dispatch free of charge to UK destinations only using Royal Mail 2nd class packet service for our products and Royal Mail 1st class letter service for our gift vouchers, their delivery schedule for 2nd class packet is 3 working days after posting and for 1st class letter is 1-2 days after posting. Although we make every effort to ship all orders within any announced delays, their delivery is beyond our control and depends on the postal service, therefore some orders may take much longer to arrive than others, please allow 15 working days after the due date before contacting us regarding non-delivery. Please read point 4 in our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy procedure below.

    Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
    1. You may return your item/s for what ever reason within 7 days from the date after receipt of goods for a full refund. We ask that in this circumstance the customer notifies us using our contact us form within that 7 day period. Please return the item/s in a saleable condition and either in original packaging or other suitable packaging. If the goods are returned in a damaged condition, resulting in loss of resale value, we reserve the right to make a claim.

    a. The customer is responsible for all costs in returning the item/s to us and fully responsible for the transit period until we take receipt, we recommend you obtain proof of posting for your own security.
    b. Please note that if we do not receive notification within the set period stated above no returns of any circumstance will be accepted.

    2. Your refund will be in the same form as your payment method, i.e paid through Paypal account, refund to Paypal account. Cheque and postal order paying customers will be refunded by cheque only.

    3. You should expect to receive your refund/exchange within four weeks of sending your package to us, however, in most cases you will receive either before this time.

    4. Should your order fail to be delivered due to postal strikes, adverse weather or problems with the Royal Mail itself, the following procedure shall apply:

    a. Notify us if your parcel has not been received within 15 working days after the due date, we will then proceed with a claim from Royal Mail, responses from Royal Mail may take up to 30 days. If you still wish to receive your order and provided that it can be traced, we will ask for a redelivery to your home
    b. Once the claim has been processed we will issue a refund relating to your order. Please allow up to 4 weeks to clear funds and credit your account.
    c. In the event your parcel is delivered after a refund has been issued please contact Leather Solutions.

    5. Gift vouchers are non-returnable.

    Award Vouchers
    1. To receive awards, vouchers must be presented in paper form on day of visit to be valid.

    2. Awards will change each month.

    3. Valid until date shown, only one award voucher per month to be used per household.

    4. Awards may be withdrawn any time at the discretion of Leather Solutions.

    5. To print your award voucher follow these instructions:

    a. Right click on voucher and select Save Picture/Image As.
    b. Choose the folder you wish to save the voucher to (normally My Documents/My Pictures) and click Save.
    c. Locate the voucher in your chosen folder, right click and select Print.

    Gift Vouchers
    1. Excluding web products our gift vouchers may be used in part or full payment for any products or services, including chargeable quotes, provided by Leather Solutions.

    2. If the chargeable amount is less than the voucher value the balance will be in the form of a credit note which can be used against further products or services.
